Evaluation of Construction-Rehab Loan Program
In 2015, HCLF completed an evaluation of its Construction-Rehab Loan Program, its primary lending initiative. HCLF surveyed past borrowers and assessed the program’s impact. A copy of the full report can be found here:
Credit Contrasts Report
In 2012 HCLF completed a report about the disparities in credit score based on zip code, and connected to historic practices of redlining neighborhoods based on race. A copy of the report is available here:
